Its brand story focuses on addressing key challenges in the restaurant industry, such as operational efficiency and employee retention, by leveraging digital technology to deliver smart solutions. Notably, DINNI introduced the tipping feature “Oshi-Yell,” enhancing engagement between staff and customers and creating a new dining experience.
By integrating with LINE, the platform strengthened the use of customer data and survey distribution, driving repeat visits and improving brand loyalty.
