LAXUS offers a luxury brand bag rental service with the concept of “making luxury more accessible.” Its brand story highlights the value of “enjoying a luxury lifestyle without the need to purchase,” presenting a new consumption style.

To enhance the user experience, a membership benefits program was introduced to encourage repeat customers. Advertising campaigns were launched with visually impactful and story-driven promotions, aimed at the target audience to increase brand awareness.
